Asharqia Chamber represented
by the Events Fund, with the participation of the government authorities, will
discuss the details of the work plan for organizing the celebration of the
people of the eastern region for the occasion of Eid Al Fitr 1438 and the accompanying
events.
Chairman
of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan confirmed that the meeting
will discuss all plans to be scheduled for organizing the celebration and the
accompanying activities which will last for five days, which is under the
patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Region, His Royal Highness Prince Saud
bin Nayef.
Al
Atishan said that the meeting shows the Chamber keenness to organize its
activities according to the highest standards, reviewing all the details
related to the work plan of the participating parties and their preparations to
do its tasks and its role in organizing the ceremony as well as discussing the
plans of the security authorities to cover the main locations and accompanying
events to achieve the desired success from all organizational aspects.
For
his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel
said that the meeting is to review the program for the festival and the
accompanying activities, pointing to a special entertainment program will be
implemented during the Eid, saying that the Chamber and through this year
activities is trying to provide entertainment that is commensurate with the
values of our Gulf communities and
through a family and childern entertainment program as well as events for young
people and programs.
The
meeting includes representatives from the Eastern Province, Asharqia Chamber,
Eastern Province Secretariat, King Abdulaziz Port Customs, General Presidency
of the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, King Abdul Aziz Port in
Dammam, General Authority for Sports, Dammam TV Station, Saudi Red Crescent
Committee, Eastern
Province Security Patrols, Border Guards, Civil Defense, Explosives Management,
and Tourism Committee.
